• Enquiries: your name, email address, destination, product category and message. These fields are required to submit our enquiry form. Industry, quantities, budget, timing and attachments are optional.
• Project correspondence: information you provide in follow-up emails, messages, specifications, delivery instructions and order discussions.
• Technical information: network and browser details, including IP addresses, requested pages and request times, may be processed by our hosting and security services to deliver the website, diagnose errors and prevent abuse. The enquiry system also records a request identifier, submission time and source page.
• Saved selections: product references, quantities, notes, comparisons and your return browsing position can be stored on your device. See browser storage and analytics below.

We normally receive project information directly from you. If someone contacts us on behalf of your business, we may also receive your business contact details from them.

How and why we use it

We use enquiry and project information to answer questions, prepare quotations, clarify specifications, coordinate samples and suppliers, arrange requested logistics, and provide order support. We use technical information to operate and secure the website and understand its performance.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, these purposes may involve taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, meeting legal obligations, or our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and keeping our services secure. Drawings, photographs and attachments

Our enquiry form accepts up to five files, with a combined limit of 20 MB. Submitted files are sent with your enquiry to our team through our email delivery provider. Uploading a file does not publish it on our website.

We use files to understand your requirements and may share relevant specifications with the suppliers or logistics partners needed for your request. Please include only necessary information and make sure you are authorised to share it. Remove unrelated personal details from drawings, photographs and documents before sending them.

Who may receive information

• Our team and project partners: the people handling your enquiry, and suppliers, manufacturers, inspection or logistics partners where their involvement is needed for the sourcing or delivery you request.
• Website and email providers: Hostinger provides hosting; Cloudflare supports website delivery, security and performance measurement; Resend delivers enquiries and their attachments by email.
• Professional advisers or authorities: where reasonably necessary to meet a legal obligation, respond to a lawful request, establish or defend legal claims, or protect against fraud and misuse.

We share information relevant to the purpose, rather than treating an enquiry as permission for unrelated disclosure. Provider information is available in the privacy notices of Hostinger, Cloudflare and Resend.

International processing

Our business is based in Foshan, China. Enquiries are handled by our team in China, and service providers or project partners may process information in other countries. The countries involved depend on the service and your project destination, and their privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for a transfer, those requirements apply to the transfer. Contact us if you need information about the recipients, locations or arrangements relevant to your enquiry.

How long information is kept

Retention depends on the type of record and why it is needed. We consider whether your enquiry or project is active, any follow-up or aftercare requirements, applicable accounting and other legal obligations, and whether records are needed to resolve a dispute.

There is no single fixed retention period for every enquiry or attachment. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need. Some records may need to be retained for an applicable legal obligation or claim; we will explain any relevant limitation when responding to your request.

Browser-stored selections follow the storage periods described below. Clearing those selections does not delete an enquiry you have already submitted by email or through the form.

Cookies, browser storage and analytics

Enquiry form session

The fs_contact session cookie supports form security and duplicate-submission checks. It is a browser-session cookie; your browser settings determine when the session ends.

Saved products and comparisons

Local storage keeps saved references, quantities, notes, comparisons and your return browsing position on the same browser and device. It remains until you remove the items or clear the website’s browser data. A saved selection is shared with us when you include it in a submitted enquiry.

Temporary selection details

Session storage carries selected references between pages and can prefill an enquiry. It normally lasts for the browser session, although browser session-restore features can preserve it.

Performance measurement. The live website uses Cloudflare’s performance analytics to measure page visits and loading performance. Its Web Analytics service is designed to work without analytics cookies, local-storage tracking or fingerprinting. See Cloudflare’s Web Analytics explanation. Cloudflare may also process technical requests for delivery and security.

As of the update date above, Google Analytics 4 and advertising pixels are not installed on this website. Some pages request fonts from Google; those requests disclose network information such as your IP address and browser details to the provider. See Google’s privacy policy.

Your controls. You can remove saved products through the selection tools or clear cookies and site data for foshansupply.com in your browser. Blocking necessary cookies or storage may prevent form-security or save-and-compare features from working. If we introduce optional tracking that requires consent, we will provide the appropriate choice and update this notice.

Your privacy rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may be able to request access to your personal information, correct inaccurate details, request deletion, restrict or object to particular uses, or receive a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.

The website uses HTTPS, enquiry-form validation and session security controls. Attachments submitted through the form are handled for enquiry delivery rather than placed in a public download folder. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, your email application or another external service, that provider also processes information under its own terms and privacy notice. Links to external websites do not bring those websites within this policy.

Children’s information

Our services are intended for adult buyers and business customers. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address it.
